Saoradh National Chairperson, Davy Jordan, National Organiser, Joe Bar and Saoradh Beal Feirste activist’s Grainne McCreesh and Alan Lundy were dragged from their homes by the British Crown Forces during raids today.
Little over a year ago, a new revolutionary republican party was formed, called Saoradh. Since then Saoradh have come under relentless attack from both the forces of British imperialism and their neo-colonial allies in the 26 county southern statelet.
Party activists have been raided, interrogated, jailed and interned. Hundreds of stop and searches have been carried out on Saoradh members by the British and ‘Free State’ forces.
Saoradh activists have been jailed in the south for IRA membership charges on the word of a Gardai. MI5 operatives have made countless recruitment attempts on Saoradh activists and their families both at home and abroad.
Saoradh National Party Headquartes in West Belfast was subjected to a vicious raid by the Crown Forces earlier this year.
Now we witnesses the draconian attempts to suppress and intimidate Saoradh activism by lifting Saoradh National Chairperson Davy Jordan, National Organiser Joe Barr and Saoradh Beal Feirste activists Grainne McCreesh and Alan Lundy.
The targeting of Saoradh is relentless and constant and exposes the reality of the continued British Occupation of Ireland.
